While a few of the desserts are truly keto, even the paleo versions are relatively low in carbs; which is a plus as keto customers. We got the bundle which included Baller bread, a couple of the Banditos, a Mustang bar, and the Brownie Bomb. We sat outside and ate one of our treats, which was fabulous. Once an ad for Paleo Bakehouse came across my screen I was indeed interested in finding out more. Clicking through to their page, I was greeted with an easy to navigate website with several product options that allow the customer to customize their order how they see fit. This place is fantastic. I loaded up on keto donuts, keto jalapeño cheese rolls, a piece of keto pumpkin pie and a keto salmon bagel sandwich. All tastes outstanding and very low net carbs! I will continue to stop here every time I have to travel to Madison for work. Please note-the address is wrong on Yelp. The once popular Julian Bakery paleo company is now under heat. When it comes to nutrition and providing the public with reputable products, there are no free passes for lying and providing terrible customer service. What looks like a good protein, paleo, and keto product might just be a hoax after all. I can’t emphasize enough just how delicious PBH products taste with their natural ingredients. The Cinnamon Rolls taste like Cinnabon rolls without the icing. Then you find out there’s only 8 grams of sugar in them and you’re in love. I also really enjoy the cookies because they are sweet but they don’t go overboard with the sweetness. I highly recommend this place. Jenny K / Google Review. The Universal Bakery Paleo Bites cost $12.99 Canadian for a 680 gram tub. I think these are a little expensive for what you get but they’re organic, grain free and have the word “paleo” on them so that’s why they’re on the pricier side.
